These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Simple Pre Packs ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), a Shopify embedded application operated by Simple Pre Packs. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Simple Pre Packs is a Shopify app that helps merchants create and manage size pre pack variants on their products. A pre pack is a sellable variant that wraps a size breakdown (for example, 1XS-2S-2M-1L). The App uses Shopify's variant fixed bundles to link pack variants to component size variants.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify store and authorized staff access to install and use the App. You represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

3. Subscription and billing

The App is offered as a monthly subscription at $20.00 USD per month, billed through the Shopify App Store. A 7-day free trial is available for new installations. Shopify handles all billing, payment processing, and invoicing on our behalf.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin or through the Shopify App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or Shopify's policies.

5. Relationship with Shopify

Simple Pre Packs is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Your use of Shopify's platform is subject to Shopify's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Shopify platform outages, API changes, or limitations imposed by Shopify.

6. Channel and feature limitations

Bundle expansion is supported on Online Store checkout and Shopify POS. Other sales channels may not expand pre packs into component line items. The App does not guarantee compatibility with all Shopify features, themes, or third-party apps.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE PRE PACKS AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by Shopify. Upon uninstallation, your access to the App ends and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
