Find products missing or partially packed

Large catalogs drift. A style might have packs on Black and Navy but not on Olive. Simple Pre Packs indexes your store so the home dashboard can show products missing pre packs entirely and products that are only partially packed.

Missing vs partial

• Missing — the product has no pre packs on any colorway that should have them.
• Partial — some colorways have packs and others do not.

Both matter for wholesale: buyers expect every colorway in a style to be available as the same ratio pack.

How to close the gaps

1. Open the Simple Pre Packs home dashboard.
2. Review the missing and partially packed banners or counts.
3. Use Add now to jump into Create with those products filtered.
4. Or run Mass Apply with your ratio template for a wider catch-up.
5. Turn on auto-apply so new colorways stay covered.

Keeping the index fresh

Product create, update, and delete webhooks keep the index in sync. For very large catalogs you can rebuild the index from the dashboard if counts look stale after a bulk import outside the app.
